Things to Do

Mallorca is a breathtaking island. Despite only going once, we immediately fell in love with it and can’t wait for you to as well.

Since there are too many incredible places from restaurants, to beach clubs, to villages, to hikes, and more, we created a Shared Google Map List that you can save to your Google Maps account and use while you’re in Mallorca!

EAT & DRINK

Eat fish, paella, and sopressata. Drink cava and try red vermouth on the rocks. We’ll have plenty of delicious local Mallorcan food for you to try at the wedding events as well. From hole in the wall bakeries to Michelin Star restaurants, you will not be disappointed. If you find yourself in Palma, make sure to go to the Mercat de Santa Catalina. We also can recommend an awesome private food tour in Palma if you’re interested in learning the ropes from a local!

PLAY

Make plans to go to a beach club - if you can stick around the day after the wedding, our Monday event will be at Balneario Illetas Beach Club. All are very unique in their own ways, so it’s worth checking another out if you have extra time. Hiking and biking are both huge on the island - there are even some trails near our hotels. Lastly if you are a tennis fan or player, Rafa Nadal grew up in Mallorca so if you find yourself on the east side of the island head to the Nadal Academy to check out the museum or hit around if you can get a court - you may even see Nadal there!

EXPLORE

When in Mallorca, you can stay in one place or spend your time exploring the different villages (the latter is recommended - as is renting a car!). You will see that most of the recommendations in the Google Map List are in Palma, Deia, and Soller but don’t sleep on Valldemossa, Andratx, Pollenca, or Santanyi, just to name a few. There are about 300 coves and beaches (or calas) around Mallorca and all are beautiful - some of the most recommended ones can be found in the Shared Google Map List.

If you want any specific recommendations or have any questions, please reach out! We love talking about Mallorca and are planning to spend a week out there prior to the wedding. We would love to hear what you have planned as well!
